Edrei

A city in Bashan where the giant Og, the last of the Rephaim, made his final stand against Israel's army under Moses. Joshua defeated Og at Edrei and took all his kingdom, ending the age of giants in the trans-Jordan region. The city then became part of Israel's inheritance, assigned to the Levites.
